Little Italy Rural Hall provided an exceptional meal for our company luncheon! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. From the first bite to the last, the quality and taste were outstanding. Our entire team was impressed, and many agreed it was one of the best catered meals we have ever had. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and clearly made with care. If you're looking for amazing Italian cuisine and excellent service for an event, I cannot recommend Little Italy Rural Hall enough. I would recommend this restaurant a million times over! Thank you for making our luncheon such a wonder experience.

From the pasta, to the the pizza, to the subs and the steaks; their food is always delicious. Their homemade bread is irresistible! The wait staff is always attentive and the owners treat you like family. We’ve been going to Little Italy for years, first in King and now in Rural Hall. We drive from Winston Salem to eat there. No one can touch their food and service. Also a great value for the money.

Best restaurant around this area. We sat outside and managed to hit the weekday lunch special. The specials are pizza, pasta, salads, soup, and sandwiches for around $14...including a drink. I had the mimmo sandwich special. Made on home made bread, huge piece of chicken breast, roasted red peppers, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and home made aioli. Super juicy!! One of the top 5 sandwiches I have ever eaten! Upgraded to house chips with home made ranch. Our table also got the roast beef special sandwich...stuffed with roast beef, ham, and salami. House made oil and vineger put this sandwich in its own category. Loved the chick filet type ice. The owner waited on us and she was lovely. 2 huge sandwiches with drinks and tax..$28. We live 1.5 hours away, but would come back to this area for that mimmo sandwich. So big that I took half home. Both sandwiches served hot! Spoke to a regular customer who said every time they come they get the stromboli or calzone. This restaurant is special. Their home made items set them apart. Monday was pretty crowded for lunch.

I tried little Italy in King, but they were closed today so my husband and I decided to try little Italy in Rural Hall, North Carolina. We got the calzone and the Mediterranean chicken salad and split. It was more than enough food with perfect spices and cooked to perfection. Amber was our waitress. Very sweet and attentive, but not too attentive. This will be a regular place we come to eat.

Cute little Italian joint. We had a large party being in town for cheer competition. We got sat pretty quick. We had a waitress who was working on our orders. We thought our orders had been taken, but they switched our waitress, but never really explained why. We had some issues getting everything straight, but after about 15 mins, we got it all worked out. Food came out after that in a timely manner. I didn't care for meal that much think maybe I wasn't a fan of the sauce my wife got the exact same thing and thought it was excellent. There were more people who enjoyed their food than not. It's got a cute little atmosphere to the whole place. If we were in the area again and they decided to come here I'd probably just try something different and hope that it was more of a fluke that I didn't care for what I ordered.
